We ate brunch here yesterday. Hand a good bloody Mary and mimosa. The jalapeno grits were amazing. Fried chicken sandwich with the fried egg was also very good. We picked this as a random spot to go after not being in Buffalo for a while. We will recommend this place to everyone.
This place is a 10 out of 10. The food was clearly fresh made to order and holy crap it was incredible. I highly suggest this place, the chef deserves an award and I'm not joking.
Chicken sandwich was great, had wrench on tap, and staff was really friendly. Food took kinda long to come, and hot sauce in packets is kinda annoying to deal with. Really good experience overall.
The Burning Buffalo offers a familiar yet unique menu. Their tap list is extensive. Both bar service and table service were good. The nachos weren't my style, but the table enjoyed them.
If you have celiac, this place is a gem. Their menu clearly labels gluten-free options, and they even have a dedicated fryer. A rare and reassuring find! Highly recommend the wings and nachos. Huge kudos to Carrie, who was handling the floor solo as a waitress/hostess on a steady Monday night. She was greeting guests, taking orders, running food, clearing tables- you name it. She kept everything running smoothly and always with a great attitude. I noticed the bartender was equally on point, and together they made a super efficient team. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
We had the Elk Burgers for 20 each - EXCELLENT. Perfectly tender seared meat - we ordered 2 medium, my other friend had medium rare. Really great burgers, fries were like homemade and like the best of Five Guys. I had a locally brewed Porter -dark, creamy with a touch of bitter, great with the burger.
